Grants Coordinator (White-Glove Client Services)
Part-Time (Up to 30 Hours/Week) | $38/hour + Performance Bonus
Remote (Austin, TX preferred but not required)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of clients in workforce development, education, and community impact sectors.
This role provides “white glove” grant services — ensuring clients are strategically positioned, organized, and fully supported throughout the lifecycle of the grant process.
This is a remote position; however, candidates located in Austin, Texas are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Grant Prospecting & Pipeline Management
- Research and track federal, state, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities
- Maintain a dynamic grants calendar including deadlines and reporting timelines
- Prepare concise funding summaries aligned with client strategy and eligibility
Grant Development & Submission Coordination
- Draft, edit, and format proposals and supporting documents
- Coordinate collection of required attachments and documentation
- Ensure applications meet all compliance and submission requirements
- Maintain proposal templates and documentation systems
White-Glove Client Service
- Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for grant-related matters
- Track timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows
Maintain organized digital file systems
Post-Award Support
- Track award notifications and reporting deadlines
- Assist with reporting documentation and compliance tracking
Compensation
- Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: $38/hour
- Remote (Austin, TX preferred)
- In addition to hourly compensation, this role includes a performance-based incentive structure
